State of Vermont – Waterbury Complex
After Hurricane Irene, DBI was selected to perform damage evaluations and cost estimates on 47 commercial buildings in an office and hospital complex in Waterbury, VT. The campus, whose structures’ ages span a hundred years, had sustained significant damage from floodwaters. DBI’s assignment included rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates, replacement cost calculations, and RCV and ACV repair figures. The approximate project value was $20M.
