DBI performed damage evaluations and cost estimates for a commercial skyscraper damaged during Hurricane Sandy. The 41-story concrete and steel structure is covered with an exterior glass curtain wall system. The building contains approximately 1.1 million square feet of commercial space with an atrium-style lobby and a loading area on the ground floor as well as a partially finished basement level. The approximate project value was over $18M.
