DDI Asset Management, LLC
Detroit, MI

A burst pipe in this 37 floor skyscraper resulted in approximately 400,000 gallons of water running to the third basement level. The Art Deco styled building featured ornate custom plaster and stone work in the lobby as well as some building infrastructure systems that were original to its 1929 completion. DBI was assigned to evaluate damages to interior finishes and building systems as well as to complete an analysis of restoration costs. DBI was also asked to conduct a conditions survey of all 37 floors of the property.
